Join us for a seminar regarding the recent changes Minnesota Statute 573.01 on the Survival of Causes of Action. This program is designed to equip Minnesota Personal Injury Attorneys and their staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to adapt their law firm procedures and forms in light of the new legislation.The program will cover procedures from client intake to the special verdict form and everything in between. Whether you are new to the field or an experienced practitioner, this program will equip you with the necessary tools to adapt your law firm procedures to the new Minnesota Law on the Survival of Causes of Action.
