Court Statistics
Many seek to discredit the civil justice system in an effort to put their financial wellbeing ahead of Minnesota families. Biased media campaigns often funded by large insurance, pharmaceutical and tobacco companies, are a well conceived effort to create fear about our court system. Claims of frivolous lawsuits are rampant, but are not based upon any supportable facts. The Minnesota Association for Justice seeks to counter these irresponsible claims with solid facts from independent sources so that Minnesotans will continue to have confidence in the quality and fairness of our court system. By maintaining the latest information court statistics and trends we are able to show that these claims are unfounded. You can download the most recent court filing statistics HERE.
